Product Review: Yamuna Body Rolling Foot Walkers

These foot walkers are not just for feet. They are for your back, up and down your spine, and your hips. These have saved my life when I have had aches and pains of my own, and I truly believe in this product.

Jim Totoian, a long time friend and my shiatsu master, introduced me to these for self-therapy and body maintenance to use at home. Now I have built routines around this product to help relax and stretch my muscles. Ask me to bring them next time I visit you and I will be happy to demonstrate the therapeutic value of this product.

Product Review: Ultrasonic Diffuser

Have you ever wondered how to get started with aromatherapy?

The first time I tried to heat oils in my home I was hooked.  I loved the way my entire experience of my household changed with just a few drops of lavendar.  I was hooked, to say the least.

The second time I used my new candle-powered oil diffuser I made a huge mess.  Oil ended up on the carpet and the experience wasn't nearly as good.

So, what I learned is that some products really help to make a simple process even easier, and better for the carpet.

This ultrasonic diffuser is idiot proof, quiet, affordable, and really really does what you need it to which is diffuse the aroma into the air of your home.  I've been using one for the last couple months after a recommendation from a friend of mine who has been using it for several years now.  Yes, you can get by with a candle and a pyrex bowl, but, for me, I enjoy the ease of use so much that I just have to tell you to give it a try.
